By accessing or using CMA Studio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CMA Studio is a software-as-a-service platform that provides real estate professionals with tools to create comparative market analyses (CMAs), buyer tours, flyers, and related marketing materials.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged.
5. MLS Data Usage
You are responsible for ensuring your use of MLS data through the Service complies with all applicable MLS rules, regulations, and data licensing agreements. CMA Studio does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of MLS data.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. CMA Studio retains all rights to the Service, including its software, design, and documentation.
7. Limitation of Liability
CMA Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
