Which MLSs are supported?
CMA Studio connects to MLSs through RESO Web API and RETS feeds. We're actively adding new MLS connections — if yours isn't supported yet, reach out and we'll prioritize it.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
Yes, a credit card is required to start your 14-day free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel before day 14.
What happens after my trial ends?
After 14 days your subscription begins automatically at your selected plan. You can cancel or change plans anytime from your account settings.
Can I export PDFs and print my CMAs?
Absolutely. Every CMA template supports high-quality PDF export optimized for print. You can also share reports digitally via branded links.
What is Smart Match?
Smart Match is our AI-powered comp recommendation engine. It scores potential comparables across 5 factors — location, size, age, condition, and sale date — to surface the best matches for your subject property.
How does the AI narrative generation work?
Our AI analyzes your subject property, selected comps, and market data to generate a professional market narrative and pricing strategy. You can edit the output or regenerate it with different parameters.
Is there a built-in CRM?
Yes. CMA Studio includes a contacts system that connects to every tool — CMAs, tours, flyers, and shared links. Track engagement, manage deliverables, and see a real-time activity timeline for each contact.
What do clients see when I share a link?
Clients see a clean, branded experience with your logo, colors, and contact info. Shared reports include interactive features like photo galleries, mortgage calculators, threaded comments, and tour request forms — no login required.
Can I track when clients view my reports?
Yes. Every shared link tracks views, clicks, and engagement in real time. You'll see exactly when a client opens your CMA, how long they spend on it, and which sections they interact with.
Can my team share templates?
Yes. Team plans include a shared template library so everyone on your team uses consistent, on-brand reports. Admins can manage which templates are available.
Can brokerages lock branding and disclaimers?
Yes. Brokerage plans include compliance controls that let you lock logos, colors, disclaimers, and required disclosures across all agent reports.
How many flyer layouts are available?
CMA Studio offers 6 flyer types (New Listing, Open House, Just Sold, Just Listed, Price Improvement, and Property Detail Sheet) each with 4 layout options — 24 combinations total.
How many buyer tour templates are there?
There are 5 buyer tour templates: Digital Interactive, Showcase Gallery, Summary Overview, Itinerary Timeline, and Print-Ready Packet. All support drag-and-drop property ordering and route maps.
What if I need help with setup?
Our team is here to help. Solo and Team plans include email support, and Brokerage plans include dedicated onboarding and an account manager.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available at a discount compared to monthly pricing. You can switch between monthly and annual billing from your account settings.
Is my data secure?
Yes. CMA Studio uses industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Your MLS credentials are securely stored and never shared. We follow security best practices and conduct regular audits.
